Hey Post-Grad Girl,
Somehow it’s mid-fall (already?!) — the air’s colder (fuck*ng freezing btw), the days are shorter (cue seasonal depression), and every coffee shop playlist sounds like a coming-of-age montage (kind of annoying for the most part lol). Anyways… it really is kinda giving reflection season with a hint of nostalgia if I do say so myself.

Still can’t tell if I’m with it or not
And with that, we’re getting into all things manifesting on this lovely Tuesday—but in more of a reflective kind of way, the one that actually has the power to change your perspective, and hopefully with that your life. (Because you deserve to live the best, most grandest, extraordinary life—even if it’s still a work in progress.)
HOWEVER, I want to pause here really quickly and just say that this time last year, Post-Grad Girl was just an idea (crazy I know)— and I honestly just wanted a safe space to talk about the weird, f*cked up, in-between, but also beautiful (in it’s own way) part of growing up that no one really prepares you for (BECAUSE THEY REALLY DON’T TALK AB THIS SH*T FR!!!)
*excuse my potty mouth*
Anywhoooo, as we hit one year, we just want to say thank you. For reading, sharing, and being part of something that’s somehow equal parts unhinged and healing. Here’s to another year of figuring it out together — one manic episode at a time. 🫂
We love youuuuuuu,
The Post-Grad Girl Team 💋

Everything I want wants me more: Building the habit of manifestation
Building the habit of manifestation is something you can start tonight! (literally)
Manifestation is a powerful tool you can use to bring something into reality through thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Manifesting is rooted in achieving your goals by altering your mindset to be more positive and move with more intention.
Here are a few manifestation methods you can use to get started! ~
❤︎ Journaling: You can use a journal to write your goals and desires—clarifying your intentions. When you write these goals and desires down, write in the present tense, as if you have already achieved your goals. Also, take the time to write down sentiments of gratitude and some affirmations. Doing this will help subconsciously shift your mind into a positive mindset and hopefully make you more action-oriented.
❤︎ Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping: EFT Tapping is a manifestation method that utilizes acupressure to target pressure points around your body to reduce emotional distress. The way you perform it is by first identifying the emotion you want to address. So if you’re feeling anxious about a big life change or something, you want to target your anxiety.
Next, you choose an affirmation that acknowledges and accepts your emotion. It can sound something like this: “Even though I have this [fear or problem], I deeply and completely accept myself.” Finally, use your fingertips or the edge of your hand to tap on the specific pressure points while repeating your affirmation to yourself, repeating this process as many times as you want. I do 3, because 3 is my favorite number.
Here’s an example:
Confessions of a Post-Grad Girl 💌
The answer is always no if you don’t ask
I grew up in an incredibly supportive household–every sport I wanted to play, any hobby I found interest in, every dream, every minuscule creative thought that I’ve ever wanted to attempt has never been met with anything other than unwavering support. Though most were very short-lived, I had tried ballet, dance, tap, gymnastics and cheerleading, all before the age of ten. I went to volleyball camp when I expressed interest (only sheer coincidence that all my friends and my crush were in it), then golf camp because God forbid I left a single sport unattempted, and later on, soccer. I even got put in baking classes when I decided I wanted to pursue a career in baking at twelve years old. You get the picture, I’ve never been given the idea that I can’t do whatever I want to do, or be whoever I want to be.

But then I grew up, and suddenly all the confidence and willpower my parents instilled in me, the same energy that once had me convinced I could master every sport known to humankind, started to waver. Somewhere between applying to colleges, job interviews, and the endless comparison scroll, I started asking less. I started shrinking my dreams to fit what felt realistic instead of reaching for what I truly wanted.
Manifestation, at its core, is self-belief in action. When you start aligning your energy with what you want–writing it down, visualizing it, taking steps toward it–you begin to notice how the world starts responding. Not always immediately, not always how you expect, but it does.

I’ve been job hunting for months, inevitably the process has chipped away at my confidence and motivation, one application at a time. I had built myself a box so small there was no room left for possibility. But about two weeks ago someone told me “The answer is always no if you don’t ask” and suddenly I didn’t feel so boxed in anymore. I’ve always believed in the Law of Attraction and everything adjacent to it yet I was all but yelling at the universe “I’m not built for this.”
And then something just clicked, it had become so natural for me to put myself down that I hadn’t noticed I stopped believing in myself altogether. So I opened myself up to, as cheesy as it’s going to sound, possibility. I decided to believe in myself, to bet on myself, I got an interview the next day. That same week I reached out to two people I was interested in working with, I’m now working with both. I put in the work, yes, but I was also in the right place at the right time when I found one of the people I reached out to on my LinkedIn feed and the other on TikTok.
I choose to believe that was the universe and I meeting halfway, aligning what I was ready for with what was already meant for me. Making ourselves small won’t protect us from disappointment but it might hold us back from what’s meant for us. We have to become an energetic match for the life we want. The moment I stopped doubting myself, the world stopped reflecting that doubt back at me.

XoXo,
Nati ❤
Full Circle Moments ✨
The other day I was journaling about how grateful I am for everything I have and everything I’ve been given in this life. (Yeah, I know—shockingly soft of me.) But seriously, I think it’s so important to stop and actually recognize where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re headed.
Because even though I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, I realized I’m living in the answered prayers of a past version of myself. Like—how crazy is that? That’s probably one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned post-grad. Not because it’s some Pinterest quote sh*t, but because if you never take a second to look back, it’s way too easy to convince yourself you’ve never moved forward.
So while I was deep in my little gratitude moment, I went back and reread one of my old journal entries from exactly a year ago… and I had a full-circle moment.
Back then, I wrote about wanting to practice gratitude more—to be someone who appreciated how far she’s come. And here I was, doing exactly that.

(whatever Kim said)
It might not sound like a big deal, but to me, it was everything. Because not all growth is loud. It’s not always a new job, a bigger paycheck, or a career highlight. Sometimes growth is quiet—it’s internal, spiritual, emotional.
And that’s what this chapter is teaching me: even the smallest habits add up. Gratitude, journaling, moving your body, taking care of your mind—it’s all working, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. You’re becoming who you’re meant to be, one small reflection at a time.
I’m proud of us,
